Refund Policy

At Oath & Ember, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that support your personal and professional growth. Due to the personalized nature of our coaching sessions, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.
1. General Refund Policy

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Coaching is a transformational process, and results depend on your commitment and participation. As such, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.

If you have any concerns about your coaching experience, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your needs.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us directly.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

No-shows will be considered a missed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Clients who purchase a multi-session package but do not attend scheduled sessions will not be eligible for a refund for unused sessions.
3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In exceptional cases, we may offer a session credit or rescheduling option under the following circumstances:
✔ Medical emergencies (with documentation)
✔ Unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance (to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
Refunds are only issued if Oath & Ember cancels a session and a reschedule is not possible.
4. Coaching Packages & Unused Sessions

If you purchase a multi-session coaching package, you are responsible for scheduling and using your sessions within the agreed-upon time frame.

Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the package’s validity period.

Packages cannot be transferred to another person unless agreed upon in advance.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with your bank or credit card provider will result in an immediate termination of coaching services.

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first to resolve it before filing a dispute.
